Kenyan rapper, KRG The Don, has for the first time disclosed the source of his enormous wealth.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Iko Nini TV, the rapper explained how he gained his billions in which he uses to live a lavish lifestyle.
He stated that his grandfather willed all his property to him 30 days before he was born. The rapper claimed that he inherited his grandfather’s wealth before he turned 18 years.
The self-claimed richest artist in Kenya, added that most Kenyans think that he is always joking about his wealth where he previously indicated that if anyone thought he was lying, they should call authorities to validate his wealth.
The rapper hasn’t been doing well in the music industry over the past years and this has made Kenyans to question his luxurious lifestyle.
In the street interview conducted recently, most Kenyans indicated that they neither know him nor his songs.
During the interview, KRG indicated that his wealth increased in 2014 after he secured a contract of supplying sand and ballast from Makindu during the construction of the Standard Gauge Railways (SGR).
He earned millions of money from the two years tender and this was a great milestone to him as he moved to a billionaire mansion.
The rapper had previously revealed that he made his first million when he was 17 years old.
He is always flaunting his expensive cars and mansions.
Previously, the rapper stated that he has not used public transportation in the past ten years.
