‘Who are you?’ Alikiba Blasts Diamond Platinumz’s camp

Tanzanian award winning artists Diamond and Alikiba have had a very complicated past in the music industry. For a longer period, they have seemed to be fighting over a musical beef on who exactly is the king of Bongo flava.

Lately, Diamond’s management comprising of Babu Tale and Sallam conducted a ranking of best and most influential Tanzanian bongo flava artists of the year 2022. In their separate lists, Diamond assumed royalty topping the ranking.

Ali Kiba came 7th in Sallam’s list while in Babu Tale’s list, the ‘mapenzi yanarun dunia’ hitmaker did not even smell the aromatic creams of the royal table which saw Diamond and Zuchu lead.

 On his Instagram page, Alikiba has come out guns blazing demanding on the right the two Diamond Managers had and the criteria in which they used to rank Tanzanian bongo artists.

“Tena mmekaa kikao kujadili na kurank wasananii. WHO ARE YOU? Nitaongea jambo lenu likiisha. Haya sasa nadhani nimewachokunoa vyakutosha tena kwa malengo mnayoyataka have nice show.” He wrote.

According to Kiba, he still crowns himself as the only lion in the jungle ruling the kingdom of bongo music in the country, hence the most influential. However, he promised to talk more on the issue after the noises from Diamond’s camp are shut down.

“Njomba Hajawagundua ila mimi nawajua vizuri for your Sisumbuki tena Najua hata hiki nilicho kiongea hapa kitawasaidia kwasababu mimi ni KING wenu,” he added.
