BREAKING: Vioja Mahakamani Actor Gibson Mbugua is dead

Kenya’s entertainment industry is saddened today to announce the demise of Vioja Mahakamani actor Gibson Gathu Mbugua.

The veteran actor who had been tasked with the prosecutor’s role in the Vioja Mahakamani comedy series aired on KBC, has been battling out health conditions for a couple of years following diagnostic finding of a Diabetes.

This resulted to implications of his kidney, turning him to a situation of begging for financial support from fellow Kenyans few months ago.

However, after compassionate donation from willing Kenyans including former president Uhuru Kenyatta who donated Ksh. 2million during the fundraiser held at Charter hall inside the Nairobi county building, Mr Gibson successfully underwent kidney transplant at Mediheal hospital in Eldoret.

Till now, it can be concluded that the efforts to save his life has officially proven futile as he could not push further breathe of life this morning.

If only death could be killed, slaughtered or gunshot, families outside here would be having great people in their lives. Kenya as a country, we would be having history makers who many of us UpTo now are still emulating and looking up to.

With this somber mood engulfing the lovers of comedy in the country and East Africa at large, it’s beyond any reasonable doubt that Gibson’s death has left a void and is a huge blow to the entertainment industry. He will be missed so much, most especially on Vioja Mahakamani. May he rest in eternal peace.
