Shaffie Weru Reveals The Amount He was Earning As A Radio Presenter

Veteran journalist and content creator Shaffie Weru has declared the amount he was earning few years ago as a radio presenter. The media personality who at the same time opened up about his media career, reminisced the whooping cash he used to earn.

In a podcast, the journalist turned businessman claimed that he was earning more than Sh. 1Million back then. The former Homeboyz presenter revealed that money was never a problem as he used to live a luxurious lifestyle. Partying was the order of the day but that never stopped him from dealing with fatherly duties.

In 2020, the renowned journalist took a one and a half year break from the mainstream media as he focused on his personal issues. After the break, he made a radio comeback in 2021 which was celebrated by his fans. However, things didn’t go as planned as he was fired after two days alongside his colleagues, Neville and DJ Joe Mfalme.

The trio were fired from the Breakfast Show after they made some controversial statement on Gender Based Violence(GBV). The online community as well as the radio’s audiences became wild and this forced the company to terminate their contracts.
