Senator Karen Nyamu has revealed receiving mass messages from Kenyan witch doctors who are claiming they want provide solutions to her over rent issues.
Via her social media handles, the nominated senator stated that the witch doctors have gone as far as requesting money from her in exchange for the service.
Further, she disclosed that the witch doctors are asking that she ought to send a picture of her door, that would be used with magics to confuse her landlord to forget about the rent.

“Ati nauza dawa ya kufanya landlord asahau rent, tuma tu 20k na picha ya mlango yako.” She said
“Hawa waganga wanataka kulipua inbox yangu jameni,” read further her statement.
However, on the same day, Tuesday November 19, when asked about the rent arrears during an interview at K24, Mrs. Nyamu denied claims that auctioneers are chasing after her over rent arrears at her Runda home.
From her concern, Nyamu linked the allegations with politics, saying that there are unknown persons that only want to interfere with her reputation. She then thanked her fans for their showing concerns, assuring them that she will handle the matter and that she has not gone broke.
“There are people who think that they can use rogue means to arm-twist you and intimidate you into bulging and going to the wings to make commitments they know very well are not right,” she said.
However, she promised to prove the public wrong, despite choosing to remain silent over the matter henceforth.
“And I am here to teach them that it does not always work with everyone; the right way has to be followed. I do not therefore want to address the issues in public,” Nyamu added.
