Award winning artist Willy Paul has trashed critics claiming that he is chasing clout with the allegations that armed gunmen raided his studio few days ago.
In his previous Instagram post, Pozze shared a CCTV footage that showcased his studio sieged by gunmen. According to him, one of the raiders was a woman who claimed to be an event organizer seeking to sign a business deal with him. However, netizens have failed to believe the artist’s narrative as they claimed that the artist’s allegations were only a showbiz.
On Monday, the musician took to his Instagram to address the claims as he defended himself against the accusations of chasing clout. Bwana Mkunaji shared a video in which he was accompanied by Embakasi East’s Member of Parliament, Babu Owino, as the two had a lengthy discussion on the alleged raid. The artist revealed that he is going to take a “calculated” move after what transpired days ago.
Additionally, the “Toto” hitmaker made it clear that he could never chase clout with such an encounter as it was “a matter between life and death”. He asked his fans to be patient with him as he is set to release the previous promised hit banger soon since the raid delayed his plans. Pozze further urged his fellow artists to be creative in their arts in order to succeed in the industry as the clout chasing culture have made his fans to believe that the raid was staged.
