Diamond Justifies His Actions After His Cap Was Snatched By A Fan

Tanzanian Bongo Star, Diamond Platnumz has explained his actions after his cap was snatched by one of his fans at a concert. Diamond revealed that the alleged fan disrespected him by stealing instead of gently asking for the gift.

In a video shared by Wasafi TV, the WCB Wasafi Records CEO expressed his frustration after the event. He pleaded with his fans to ask whatever they want from him instead of forcefully snatching his possessions. At the time, he dashed several caps to his fans as he appreciated them for their unwavering support. However, he demanded respect from them.

“People were surprised why I followed up on the cap because when someone steals from you, that shows they do not respect you. I appreciate that you have supported me, but if you want something from me, just ask, and I will give you,” Diamond said.

Last week, the father of four experienced an embarrassing encounter with a fan who snatched his cap as he made his way in the concert. The artist frowned and ordered his security guards to thoroughly search the thief. The guards managed to recover the cap and the singer was more than excited to receive his cap back.

In a twist of events, one of the artist’s Tanzanian fans accused him of possessing magical powers. It’s speculated that Diamond was furious after the incident since the cap was not ordinary.
