Alex Mwakideu Makes A U Turn, Joins Radio 47

Popular and talented radio presenter Alex Mwakideu has joined Radio 47 after numerous rumors linked him to Milele FM’s exit.

Through a statement on his social media pages, the radio guru announced a few weeks ago that he was leaving Radio Milele, news that he later denied and rubbished, saying that he was staying at Milele FM.

“KUANZIA JUMATATU! Itanyonywa! Itapigwa, Tune in to #MwashumbeNaMwakideu on Breakfast47 every weekday from 6am till 10am on #Radio47 tweeted Alex Mwakideu.

The radio guru started his career at Baraka FM in Mombasa before joining Standard Media- owned Radio Maisha and later moving to Milele FM, where he hosted a breakfast show alongside Jacline Nyaminde, alias Wilbroda.

He will start his show at Radio 47 on Monday, August 28th, alongside Emmanuel Mwashumbe as confirmed by Cape Media, which owns Radio 47 and TV 47

Mwakideu joins other prominent individuals who have made Radio 47 their new home, including popular sports commentator Fred Arocho and former Citizen TV journalist Willis Raburu.
