Airtel Kenya Expands Nairobi Customer Service Network with Four New Outlets

Airtel Kenya has expanded its retail and customer service network in Nairobi by launching four new customer service centres to meet the growing demand for mobile financial services and digital connectivity. Announced by Managing Director Ashish Malhotra, this move aligns with Airtel’s broader strategy to double its customer touchpoints across Kenya by the end of the year.
