48 -Year- Old Woman Dies While Enjoying The “Forbidden Fruit” With A Man In The Thicket

Police have taken into custody a 37 years old man in Homabay County for allegedly making love to his 48 years old inherited wife, Milcah, until she died.

The duo had earlier gone to take some drinks in a bar on Sunday evening after which they boarded a motorbike heading back home.

However, they alighted a few metres from their home where they started enjoying the “forbidden fruit” in a thicket before Milcah died.

The man reportedly carried the woman’s remains and partially buried her in the sand in someone else’s homestead.

The suspect later confessed to the villagers that Milcah died while they were making love.

Milcah’s body was discovered on Monday although it didn’t have any injuries.

The man inherited Milcah after his husband died which is culturally acceptable in Luo land.

In a report given by the chief of Lambwe East in Mbita Subcounty, Bernard Ouma, he indicated that the man stated that he never knew Milcah would die while they were making love.

“We arrested the suspect after he admitted that they have been engaging in sex but the unfortunate incident occurred in their last engagement,” the chief stated.

Ouma added that he had earlier summoned the duo and warned them against engaging in sexual intercourse while drunk but they never adhered to his warnings.

“There was a time I summoned and warned them against careless sex after drinking. They continued and we suspect that is the cause of the problem,” Ouma added.

The man was arrested and taken into custody by Kipasi Police Post for further investigations.

Milcah’s remains were taken to Homa Bay County Referral Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.
