Kitui East MP has been arrested for assaulting a Kenya Power official in his Kajidao home, yesterday.
The legislator was captured in a viral video assaulting the Kenya Power official who had visited his Kajiado home to disconnect the illegal power connections to his home. In the video” the MP is heard threatening the officer, telling him to place a phone call to whoever has sent him to disconnect the power.
He is set to be arraigned for assault in Kajiado law courts.
