President William Ruto is expected to hold a town hall meeting to discuss the new funding model for higher education that has been the talk of the streets.
According to State House spokesperson Hussein Mohamed, the meeting will take place at exactly 7:00 PM.The President is expected to demystify the fact that students pursuing higher education will have to pay more to access education and achieve their dreams.
