Every mother wishes the best for her child. To the late Jeff Mwathi’s mother, Ann Wacuka Mwathi, this is a dream cut short. Ann has finally cleared the air on why she keeps on cleaning Mwathi’s gravesite.
Through a video shared by YouTuber and influencer Nicholas Kioko, Ann revealed that she cleans Mwathi’s gravesite after every three days. The emotional mother stated that she does this because her only son was very hygienic since his young age.
“I usually come to clean it after every three days because my only son was always a clean man ever since his young days,” Ann said.
The mourning mother further revealed that she decided to cement her son’s grave with granite after he was reburied following the exhumation process which was ordered by DCI boss Amin Mohamed. Mwathi’s body was exhumed after the public demanded further investigations on the death of the young interior decorator since he died under unclear circumstances.
In one of her recent videos, Ann lamented on the way the DCI handled her son’s death as she revealed that she is not yet contented. She also insisted that she believes her son was murdered and his killers are roaming around freely.
The DCI detectives visited Mwathi’s family last week where they gave out their final report on Mwathi’s death. According to them, Mwathi committed suicide contradicting media’s reports that he was killed. However, they failed to determine the motive of the deceased to commit suicide. The file containing the final findings is currently with the DPP as he is set to determine whether DJ Fatxo and his allies will be charged or not.
