President William Ruto arrived in the country today on Sunday from a formal trip in New York City where world leaders of the United Nations members states had convened for the 77th session of UNGA.
The Head of State together with his family hosted a special thanksgiving service at State House, Nairobi in the presence of the church members, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and his wife Dorcas, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja and other top government leaders.

Ruto who since his campaign trails has been leaning on the church, reminded his followers to always rejoice, pray and give thanks according to God’s will.
This is the second week since his inauguration ceremony to become the fifth President of Kenya.
